How to make a booking?

Advance reservations are recommended due to high demand for many of our residences. Availability is updated on a continuous basis to provide accurate information, however accommodations may be on a request basis.
What is the minimum stay?
Usually the minimum stay is one week but every residence may have its own policy. It is recommended to ask beforehand what the minimum stay for a particular residence is. Most residences offer discounts for long term stays.
How can I pay?
Payment for a stay in a serviced apartment has to be made in advance. Upon arrival the front desk will ask you to pay in cash or by credit card for the contractual rent period.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit depends on the policy of the residence but in general an amount of 10% or more of the contractual rent. All residences require a credit card and/or a deposit for a confirmed reservation.
This will assure you of a room on the occasions requiring you to arrive late in the day. A guaranteed reservation holds the room all night.
Can I use the hotel facilities?
In most residences tenants can use the hotel facilities at no additional charge. We recommend that you ask the front desk upon arrival which services are included in the rent.
How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be received prior to the local time and date stated in the quoted policy and failure to comply may result in the residence charging you for accommodations. Residence policies differ; therefore, this should be verified at the time the reservation is placed.
What kind of packages do you offer?
Each member residence offers a choice of rates, packages and special promotions. Policies may vary depending on the specific residence and the rate plan you reserve. Please verify these details when confirming your reservation.
